Bone Crusher Single grippers - 400

The Ultimate Strongman hand gripper!

BC-400

Price: $16.95

Overview

Bone Crushers 400 lbs

These high quality aluminum-handled handgrippers are crafted with 50 inch-force-lb torque increments from 100lbs to 500 lbs so that you can train your grip similar to training any other bodypart-- by increasing resistance. This will finally allow you to build the huge forearms and crushing grip you have been unable to achieve by doing endless reps with plastic-handled hand-grippers.

If you want to develop serious hand strength for a sport, or just want to impress your friends, than the Heavy Grips™/Bone Crusher hand grippers are the perfect choice for you! If you're worried about working hard, getting sore hands and possibly some calluses on your fingers, than this product is not for you!

price is perfect, cheaper than beef builder's 535 lb gripper, which is more useful for me since my body adapts so very quickly to the difficulty, and when i need another i am not too poor to afford it. i wish however that they do not come in any higher lbs, 600, 700, 800+ beef builder has the 1000lb gripper which i'll need soon though their prices are much too high at 54$ without shipping. the gripper is good overall. the 1st to 2ed day if your not used to grippers your hands might be a little sore, but it'll stop altogether soon. its best to use it off and on all day 7 days a week, get a harder one if you can close it a dozen+ times. one thing wrong though. after several hundred full closes the spring will bend slightly, at that time get a harder gripper. anyone can use them with propper training, i'm 5 foot 10 and 147 pounds. its worth buying, but your onlu limited to 500lb. check beef builds for the galaxy 835lb and the universe 1000lb gripper. train hard, cause i'll be training even harder.
