  • 5" back plate to catch bar as lifter maneuvers back to stand.
  • 2.5" mouth opening for bar support
  • Safety spotters on each post can be adjusted accordingly.

  • Max load should not exceed 300 lbs per stand (600 lbs total).
  • For added safety, do not practice squats alone. Always have a spotter.

Very sturdy steal and very well made. Can easily hold a lot of weight. The best deal out there for some good quality racks. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent product..only complaint I have is the safeties are SUPER hard to move.Besides that, they are super stable and can hold a good amount of weight.

Sturdy, Solid Built. Adjustable to any size. Packaging was excellent which made it arrive in perfect conditions. Super fast shipping and excellent customer service on all inquiries I had during the process. I've always been faithful to one specific online fitness store but purchased from CFF for the first time since they had the kind of stand I wanted.
