RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURESProducts may be returned up to 10 business days after the item has been shipped for an exchange or refund. They must be in the packaging they were received in and in the condition they were received. All items returned, other than due to defect, will be charged a 25% restocking and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred in both directions. Fitness Bands can not be returned if the package has been opened. Please do not return anything without contacting us first. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number or proof of shipping receipt, as we will not be liable for returns lost in transit. Any returned products that were purchased where shipping was included will have the actual shipping cost incurred by Christian's Fitness Factory deducted from the refund. Returned products must be received by Christian's Fitness Factory in the original packaging and in brand new condition, just as it was shipped to you. We reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned with post delivery damage or if all the contents of the product are not returned. Credit will be applied to the original payment method or by company check at the discretion of Christian's Fitness Factory, less applicable shipping / handling and restocking fees, within 10 business days after receipt of the return. This refund policy does not apply to special orders, gift certificates, gym flooring, mats, refurbished equipment and commercial equipment. Warranty ShippingChristian's Fitness Factory will not be responsible for shipping costs of items under warranty if they are shipped outside of the Continetal US. These shipping charges will be the responsiblity of the customer. |
