The CFF Wood Olympic Gym Rings are not designed for competitive gymnastics, but are gymnastics rings that have been especially designed for fitness, Crossfit, & strength training. Built with quality, speed, & strength in mind, CFF Wood Rings have X-Wide straps w/ incremental markings allowing a quick, accurate, set up.

The CFF Wood Olympic Rings are enormously strong, durable, lightweight, portable, and incredibly versatile and adjust in seconds, making them perfect for bringing the world of gymnastics strength training into your own workouts at the gym, at home or even outside! CFF Wood Olympic Gym Rings can be used anywhere there is any kind of an overhead support (high bar, chin-up bar, or even a tree branch).

The rings themselves are a natural wood finish.  Lightweight and yet still extremely strong, they are rated at over 1000lbs each!

The X-Wide cam buckles are specially designed to adjust the strap length within seconds;This is a very nice feature; no more wrestling with your rings, trying to get them even.They are built to take on the hardest workout and not let you down. 

The X-Wide Numbered Straps are a black high tensile strength nylon, white numbering, and 18' long to accommodate handstand work. The 18' straps are numbered in 3" increments to allow you to adjust the rings quickly and evenly. The straps and cam buckles are also rated at over 1500lbs each; giving you an incredibly tough and versatile workout tool.

Nice product, very good quality at a great price.
The only drawback was it took 7 business days to arrive in CA.

These are great. I like the way the wood can slide through the strap easier to adjust the centering of your grip. I also like the beefier straps. I'm 225 lbs and these are rock solid when I do dips. There are absolutely no instructions whatsoever in the box, but that's not the end of the world as long as you understand how the cam lock works. Rather than let the excess strap hang down I like to use a small chip clip to hold it up. It makes everything clean and neat.
