Just recieved this bar today, ordered on monday and recieved it friday. Awesome bar so far, I have nothing but stiff power bars and did some cleans today and feels like a new lift now. Has a nice whip to it and spins nice. Looking forward to trying some heavy deadlifts with it as I hook grip and with it being a 28mm bar it really makes it easier to grip. Great bar for the money.

5 stars for value. I picked this bar up, along with bumper plates for doing olympic movements mostly, but it's also worked out great as a squat bar. Sleeves spin freely, but not like a needle bearing bar and it has just a little whip in it and that's great for me. It's not possible to find another bar of this quality at this price, don't be fooled by the CAP name as I almost was because this bar is top notch, especially for the money.

Great bar for the price. I've beat the crap out of it (more so than I normally would) to check out the quality after it was recommended to me....has been great thus far.
Would like a little freer spin on the sleeves, but really...it's not an issue just a preference.
