I just wanted to let you know that all of the equipment we purchased from CFF has worked superbly to our purposes and you all were extremely helpful in helping us dial in the specifics of our order. I included a photo of the finished space that, though it is small, we are all very pleased with here at Gropen. Matt Woodward of Woodward CrossFit in TX recently sent us this video. He is doing a mean workout of Deadlifts and Burpees. He wanted to share this with us because he is giving the Wright Rubber Bumpers Plates a thorough workout as well. We figured we would share it with all of you because its just impressive all around!! CrossFit Prime , one of our customers, recently opened their doors in Philadelphia! Congratulations to Mike and John for pulling it all together. We recently received a very nice note from one of our customers about how much they liked their Elite Rings . These guys know how to put equipment to the test and we thought we just let these soldiers share in their own words how they are using the rings .

"Muscle Up." We have started to train other soldiers in our platoon and
