Legend Fitness Pro Series Glute Ham Developer (GHD/GHR)

Just introduced into the San Francisco 49ers training facility, this is the premier glute/ham developer. Fully equipped with eight linear adjustments on four linear bearings, it is smoooooth, making one-handed footplate adjustments a snap. A 32” wide pad and footplate will accommodate users of any size. Upholstered ankle rollers and a mount/dismount step increase the ease of use. Plyo band anchor points increase the capabilities of this already versatile machine.

Available with either a solid pad or a split pad, and a supplementary knee pad is available as a no cost

This is a curbside delivery via LTL Freight with 24 hour delivery notification only. Products must be off-loaded by hand from the tail end of the freight carrier. (Call or email if lift gate service is needed for an additional charge.) Delivery location must be accessible for a tractor trailer and customers must be present to sign for delivery. Any damage to packaging or items should be noted on the BOL when signing for the delivery. Freight deliveries occur during business hours M-F.

If a tractor trailer is not able to access your location, you may be asked to meet the driver at a neutral location.
