Rope training is a highly functional but intense method of training designed to challenge all of the energy systems. The 50’ 1.5” rope is ideal for most people new to rope training. Whereas, the 2” 50’ rope and 16.5’ Partner ropes create a more challenging workout for the more advanced user or athletes.

This solid braid polypropylene rope gets its unique and very soft feel by using much smaller fibers compared to other polypropylene ropes.
