Rope training is a highly functional but intense method of training designed to challenge all of the energy systems. The 50’ 1.5” rope is ideal for most people new to rope training. Whereas, the 2” 50’ rope and 16.5’ Partner ropes create a more challenging workout for the more advanced user or athletes.

3 Strand nylon is a very popular rope for a variety of different reasons. The combination of lower price, great service life and practicality make this one of our top sellers

Some typical applications for 3 strand nylon are:

• Landscape and decoration use for either outdoor or indoor environments.
• Dock lines or anchor lines.
• Rope swings (tire swings, seat swings, pond swings, etc.)
• Exercise use (climbing and other rope related workouts)

3 strand rope has excellent shock absorption characteristics which makes it ideal for the boat dock line and anchor line. This rope also works well for things like tire swings and the like, where the user might want to spin the rope.

If you have a dock, or deck and want to hang rope between or on some posts, this rope is one of the highest quality ones you can get. Unlike manila, this rope won't ever rot, the life span of the nylon is very very long.

• 2 inch  - 3 strand nylon 83,000LB. Breaking Strength 
• 2 1/2 inch - 3 strand nylon 2 1/2 3 strand nylon 101,000 lb break strength
