CAP 1200 lb Olympic Power Bar

Cap's 1200 lb test Olympic Power Bar is a black oxide bar with chrome sleeves. A 28mm grip (Olympic lifting standard) with excellent knurling and no center knurling make this bar an excellent and affordable choice for doing Olympic movements as well as the standard repertoire of power movements. Using high quality oil impregnated brass bushings, this bar spins freely and will endure high intensity training for years to come.

Squat Stands are adjustable to fit each person's height. Perfect for Benching and Squats, ideal for Crossfit & sport specific training

The CFF Squat Stands are adjustable to fit each person's height. The H frame bases allow a stable stance while in use. Safety catch bars available for emergency needs. Rubber end caps provide protection and stability.

  • Solid Base at 20" x 20".
  • 36" Upright Posts.
  • 5" back plate to catch bar as lifter maneuvers back to stand.
  • 2.5" mouth opening for bar support
  • Safety spotters on each post can be adjusted accordingly.
  • Range of 36" to 65"
  • Max load should not exceed 250lbs per stand (500 lbs total).
  • For added safety, do not practice squats alone. Always have a spotter.
