Overview

CFF Fire Station Package

This package is designed with our Fire Fighters in mind. With all the essentials to get in a hard workout with none of the fancy stuff. This will setup and tear down to store easily for those stations with limited space. This is the perfect size for 3-6 fire personnel to train at the same time.

This package comes with the following:

  • 4 - 230 lb Wright Rubber Bumper (bumpers) sets (8 plates each of 45, 35, 25 & 10's)
  • 4 - Cap OB-86B Bar; the perfect functional training bar
  • 4 - pairs of Muscle Clamps
  • 4 - pairs of CFF Olympic Rings (CFF-RB-N)
  • 4 - CFF Double Under Speed Ropes
  • 4 - CFF Wall Slam Ball - 14" 20lb medicine balls. (we can substitute other weights if requested)
  • 4 - CFF-FIT 1.5 pood (24kg/53lb) Kettlebells (we can substitue smaller weights if requested)
