Bar

CAP 1200 lb Olympic Power Bar

Cap's 1200 lb test Olympic Power Bar is a black oxide bar with chrome sleeves. A 28mm grip (Olympic lifting standard) with excellent knurling and no center knurling make this bar an excellent and affordable choice for doing Olympic movements as well as the standard repertoire of power movements. Using high quality oil impregnated brass bushings, this bar spins freely and will endure high intensity training for years to come.

Rings

The CFF Rings are not designed for competitive gymnastics, but aregymnastics rings that have been especially designed for fitness &strength training. They are enormously strong, durable, lightweight,portable, and incredibly versatile and adjust in seconds, making themperfect for bringing the world of gymnastics strength training intoyour own workouts at the gym, at home or even outside! CFF Rings canbe used anywhere there is any kind of an overhead support (high bar,chin-up bar, or even a tree branch).

The rings themselves areblack, textured and made of a high impact polycarbonate resin. Thisallows them to be very lightweight and yet still extremely strong;rated at over 1000lbs each!

The strap cam buckles are speciallydesigned to adjust strap length within seconds - this is a very nicefeature; no more wrestling with d-rings. The straps are a black hightensile strength nylon and extra long (18') to accommodate handstandwork. The straps and cam buckles are also rated at over 1000lbs each;giving you an incredibly tough and versatile workout tool.

Finally a ball that can be used as a slam ball but will not kill you when used as a wall ball or for throwing exercises. 14" diameter provides for a comfortable and familiar size for doing all exercises. The textured synthetic leather provides a soft yet tactile feel that does not feel slick when being used. Triple stitched at all seams this ball is a rugged workout companion. Color coded with a red logo to for easy identification of weight. Ball also available in a 14 lb size. 1 year warranty
