CAP 1200 lb Olympic Power Bar

Cap's 1200 lb test Olympic Power Bar is a black oxide bar with chrome sleeves. A 28mm grip (Olympic lifting standard) with excellent knurling and no center knurling make this bar an excellent and affordable choice for doing Olympic movements as well as the standard repertoire of power movements. Using high quality oil impregnated brass bushings, this bar spins freely and will endure high intensity training for years to come.
