York Multi-Purpose Bench

The York Multi-Purpose Weight Bench features a design to reduce lower back strain while building shoulder strength with heavy weights. Heavy contour foam padding and an added foot rest give you control, support and comfort while focusing on weight lifting exercises. Heavy gauge plastic wear guards protect the equipment's finish from damage. The upholstery will not prematurely age and is oil resistant, stain resistant, mildew resistant, disinfectant stain resistant and contains active bacterial resistance. The pads are made from a high-quality 2" high-density foam padding and mounted on a ¾" plywood back. You are guaranteed to get a great upper body workout with this piece of equipment.
