The CFF Glute Ham Raise/Developer (GHD) is perfect for the CrossFit gym! Available in white frame and silver frame.

The CFF  GHD is  back! The CFF GHD has been built with Crossfiters in mind. We received some great feedback on our original econo version that has enabled us to build a better GHD that is tailored to the needs our customers. 

  • We redesigned the split pad with a comfortable design that is built to last. Just the right height and shape to allow full extension on a sit up.
  • The double pop-pin design on the upright provides excellent stabalization, and the new closer foot roller design locks the users ankles and feet into the machine securely. 
  • The base of the GHD, 64"L x 29"W, allows for people who are taller than average to still use the machine with full extension and feel solid and safe while doing so.
  • Frame improved to a 2.5" x 2.5" steel construction. Just because it is a bolt together unit, does not mean it should feel weak and flimsy.

5yr Commercial warranty on frame & all moving parts. 90 days on pads.
